SF is cool, but I did not get instructions about other maps.

Anyway: All maps won, except Flint County and NSA. I'm working on them atm.

Since I posted my last reply here I've seen Zwitter play more. He asked me watch him several times as he played which I liked as it shows he is determined to get in. In regards to his playing performance, it's very good; he may not be the best but he's certainly consistent.

Although his stunting isn't the best (from what I've heard) I don't think it matters so much. It's a skill which we can work with him if he was to be accepted and help him improve.

So my answer is a yes

I tested him a bit, not sure if you want to accept them Cobra as you didn't actually tell anyone in particular to test him.

He managed to:

Kill the president (did it under 5 minutes of me telling him)
And 4 stunts in SF.

Test 1 = Stunt Performance: You need to be able to do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities. = 4 in SF done

Test 2 = Killing Performance: You need to be able to kill the president = DONE (under 5 minutes)

Test 3 = Killing Performance: You need to be able to kill 2 PPLV members on foot. = -

Test 4 = Killing Performance: You need to be able to kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle. = -
