Actually i chase 1 cop he go in spawn and in case of killing him by mistake i kill more 2 cop.. so thats problem

No, you didn't spawnkill Once, Quote From Fimpen:

:O Exio i talked to him and he will never be spawnkiller ^^ and if he will do again COBRA will be kicked him from PPLV (if he join)

Provided the spawnkilling is a one-time thing and won't happen again I have no problems with him.

I see him in-game quite a bit and seems to me as a decent player.
