I agree. iDanz0r you will do the following test:

Test 1 = Stunt Performance: (Can you do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities?)

Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?)

Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?)

Test 4 = Flying Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?)

For each test you need to provide us with proof. Either video or ingame with a PPLV member. This member has to post in your application to confirm you passed that test. For test 3 and 4 you need to do them with a PPLV member with a Professional rank. Goodluck!

TEST 1 = Almost completed, few stunts remaining.
TEST 2 = Completed, will upload the ss once i'm home.
TEST 3 and TEST 4 = I was restraining myself from duel due to my fps drop issue. At last my fps issue is fixed, looking forward to complete these two in upcoming days.
