Test 1 = Stunt Performance: You need to be able to do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities. - DONE (with high success) -
 
Test 2 = Killing Performance: You need to be able to kill the president - DONE -

Test 3 = Killing Performance: You need to be able to kill 2 PPLV members on foot. - Failed -

Test 4 = Killing Performance: You need to be able to kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle. - DONE -

Extra notes:
He is pro-stunter (well done 20 stunts in LV) and good drive-by killer.
Also he is on /topkills list right after Hasma and Groundzero.
