Update
Test 1 = Stunt Performance: (Can you do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities?): SF, LS done. 6 in LV done. 
Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?): COMPLETE 
Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?): Not yet
Test 4 = Flying Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?): Not yet

We had 7 duels and he won 1 of 7 , but he is good and his skills are awesome!
