Hamoon I dueled you a couple of times yesterday, you took it as your test but it wasn't. Let me explain you the whole sequence of an application to get denied or accepted- After posting your application, you have to wait for PPLV members to comment. Then if you get positive comments then COBRA will post whether to start your tests or not. If your tests will be started then you have to do all tests. If you will passed in all tests then we'll go on voting section. There should be enough positive votes for you to get accepted in clan. Thats it.

Hamoon as pray said rage is new in clan so you can't duel him for test. You need some old member to test you.

Test 1 = Stunt Performance: (Can you do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities?): COMPLETE
Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?): COMPLETE
Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?): Killed 1 member yet
Test 4 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?): Not yet

Also you have to be careful about server rules! It is not a regular player behave:
