Yes maddy u are right because in my country,Sometimes IPX systems Drops its Signals Somethimes During Winter seasons and i called my internet provider and he says it will get fixed within 2 days....so i think that wont be any problem for u guys

All Lv stunts required are completed.......Test 1, Test 2 and Test 4 are done...So only one test left for me..

You need to do 1 more stunt in LS and duel tests not done yet. Also another flying vehicle test needs to be done too! Good job, keep it up

Update:
Test 1 = Stunt Performance: (Can you do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities?): 7 in LV, 4 in SF, 2 in LS done
Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?): COMPLETE
Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?): Not yet
Test 4 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?): Killed 1 member yet

you are average in foot duel, maybe u can cover it up by improving or air duels. Goodluck
