Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?) YES.
Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?) I'll try my best
Test 4 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?) YES with hydra but maybe or may not be with rustlers.
