I rustler dueled you several times. I must say that you have a decent (not great, but good) skills. You just have to improve your skills in flying low (not bothering any obstacles like trees and buildings while attacking someone), and in turning left/right quickly. You may also learn to fly slowly by retracting your rustler's wheels. That will help you in attacking on-land targets.

But i like your determination in killing every single PPLV members on-air (including me, you even asked me to be your rustler enemy, and i like that determination). Because of that attitude (and also you won a rustler duel with me by collision), i will give you a POSITIVE vote.
