Yes - provided that the RD clan can drop the subject of him leaving/being kicked or whatever the hell happened to him. If it triggers problems between RD and PPLV then we might have to re-consider.

I'm sure Cobra doesn't enjoy kicking people out of PPLV so let's not give him any reason to.

JetPack, you are not bad; you are good. But as groundzero said there:

RD is very angry with him for leaving, this could cause clan problems.

For that reason, I doubt there will be another problems about it.
It wasn't clear start about PPLV and it counts negative on you however many members voted positive.

You are now denied, but you can apply again 2 weeks later.
