Zwitter u must have these things to be PPLV...

1st:U want good stats.

2nD: U want to be a good stunter.

3rD: U want DB and foot skillZ stuffs.

4th: U must to Be active in PTP [i see ur total time is 14 hours]

When u got these things,
then u can PPLV...
