So to be clear, Bingo is my cousin he lives in another city and we rarely meet

Last summer I told him to start playing on samp ptp and he said that he will start playing as soon as he buy a new computer,  so at that moment he comes to me often and see me play, he loved the game and especially the concept of the game, I learned him all the rules of the game, what he must do and what he must not do, in short he knows everything.

Then there is 2 months he just bought vip and joined the game, and I wanted him to stay without joining any clan, because he was too new and as we know everyone will say the same because somone new can't apply for a clan, after that he told me that he really likes PPLV because there are mature players, and also he said that GgT and IDF invited him but he refused cause he wanted PPLV, and to be honest i didin't tell him to apply here it was his choice not mine.
