Yes - provided that the RD clan can drop the subject of him leaving/being kicked or whatever the hell happened to him. If it triggers problems between RD and PPLV then we might have to re-consider.
I'm sure Cobra doesn't enjoy kicking people out of PPLV so let's not give him any reason to.
