I quietly observed you ingame.

I sometimes see you breaking the rules, especially spawnshooting. You clearly do not understand the /rules fully.
And also, i feel that you are still immature on your behavior. You must improve it.

I hate also the fact that you always PM'ing me to notify me abt your application here. Actually i was still observing you ingame before commenting on your application here. With that behavior, i think that you are impatient on all things. Its too negative for me. And also, i will never forget that you hydrajacked me once.

My vote is NO. Improve your behavior first and know the rules of the server.
