Please update if anyone tests him. Current test status:
Test 1 = Stunt Performance: (Can you do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities?): 2 in LV, 6 in LS. Done
Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?): COMPLETE
Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?): Not yet
Test 4 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?): Not yet
P.s: You can still upload photos/videos to complete your tests, Rengaar. I mean you don't have to wait a PPLV member to test you for Stunts, flying and some Killing performance
