Where PPLV's will test me, and do I need to get in-game at some time or when I meet PPLV's tester?

You will join the game (PTP) and the tester will test you,Sk is tester i guess so if he's in game ask him....

TESTS

Test 1 = Stunt Performance: (Can you do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities?) 

Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?)

Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?)

Test 4 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?)
