I'm not a massive fan of accepting players from RD as I fear it will only cause more problems between us which of course no-one wants.
I would suggest to Cobra to clear it with Khali and for SephirotH to let RD members understand why he has applied for PPLV and that it isn't just for vengeance.
So, I'm sort of on the fence here for several reasons. Also, I haven't actually looked at you play specifically.

Sup Ricky..well i psoted here for not vengeance against RD at all.. i ended with good relations actually they wished me best of luck here, there was a little problem with Matt but its solved most of them are following my application ehre in PPLV and supporting me..
