Where are you from: Philippines
How many languages do you speak: 2(English and Filipino)
Who suggested to you that you should join the clan? His name in game is IDAN[PPLV]
Why do you want to become a PPLV member? I know I'm just new in San Andreas Multiplayer but in all of the servers that I tried this is the best for me and I play everyday since I knew about this server and most of all I want to protect the president.
Have you ever been part of another clan? No, this is my first clan if I will be accepted.
How long have you been playing PTP? I just started last May 28, 2014 but I always play everyday on this server.

Test 1 = Stunt Performance: (Can you do 7 stunts in LV and 3 stunts in other cities?) - For now I can't but I will try my best.
Test 2 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill the president in 8 minutes?) - Yes
Test 3 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members on foot?) - No maybe in a few more days.
Test 4 = Killing Performance: (Can you kill 2 PPLV members with a flying vehicle?) - No, I did but only one
